I just couldn't help but draw fred, he's made me laugh so hard. He's from the cartoon show "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy" and stars in the episode 'The Keeper of the Reaper'. In the episode he is a jury member that constantly interups and annoys everyone in the courtroom. I find myself constantly talking in his voice and saying "YES!" to everything. Watch it, drop everything and watch it now
